Guests can borrow games and equipment free of charge from reception, including board games and access to family-friendly activities. During French school holidays, organised children's challenges may be available, subject to availability.

A luggage storage room is available within the residence (unattended).

A children's area is located at reception and may be used under parental supervision.

End-of-stay housekeeping is included, excluding the kitchenette and dishes.

Towels and bed linen are provided for each stay, including bath towels, hand towels, a bath mat, sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases.

A baby kit including essential equipment such as a cot, high chair, and pushchair can be booked in advance or requested on site, subject to availability.

A wellness area with sauna and steam room is available, along with free access to the fitness and cardio-training room, with prior reservation at reception required.

A security deposit will be required on arrival by credit card.

A tourist tax applies and is payable locally. Children under 18 are exempt.
