Arrival and Departure:

• Check-in: From 5 PM
• Check-out: By 10 AM

Deposit: A deposit of €300 per accommodation is required to secure your reservation. This must be done via a bank card imprint. Please be aware that bank cheques are not accepted for deposits.

Tourist Tax: This residence is subject to a variable tourist tax, calculated based on the total cost of your stay, the number of nights, and the number of adults and children. Rates are subject to change according to current regulations.

Optional Services (payable on site):

• Pets: Allowed only in chalets (1 pet per apartment; category 1 & 2 dogs are prohibited).
• Final Cleaning (excluding kitchen): If not reserved and the accommodation is not left clean, a cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit.

Pool Hygiene Requirements:

• Proper swimwear is mandatory (traditional swimming trunks, one-piece or two-piece swimsuits).
• For hygiene reasons, long overalls, swimming shorts, and loose-fitting clothing are prohibited.
• Only approved swimwear is permitted in the pool area.
