Deposit and Tourist Tax:
Both the deposit and tourist tax are payable on-site. A deferred inventory will be conducted, and your deposit will be refunded or the check will be destroyed accordingly.

Arrival and Departure Times:

• Rental Package (7 nights or more): Arrival from 5 p.m. - Departure before 10 a.m.
• Escapade Package (short stays of 2-6 nights): Arrival from 4 p.m. - Departure before 11 a.m.
  If arriving late, it is essential to inform the residence, which will guide you on the next steps. For departures outside reception hours, a deferred inventory will be done, and your deposit will be refunded.

The Price Includes:

Rental Formula (from 7 nights):

• Bed linen
• Bathroom linen (1 large towel + 1 small towel)
• TV
• WIFI access in the apartments
• Baby kit (bed, high chair, bathtub), subject to availability (please contact reception in advance)
• Loan items: iron, ironing board, hair dryer, raclette set, board games
• Extra cleaning at the end of stay (except kitchen and dishes)
• Access to the gym

Getaway Package (short stay of 2-6 nights):

• Bed linen (beds made on arrival, except for living room beds)
• Bathroom linen
• TV
• All services included in the Rental Formula

Optional Paid Services:

• Balneotherapy area with indoor pool, spa, and hammam (restricted to those over 16)
• Covered parking
• Electric barbecue rental
• Laundry services (pricing available on-site)
• Pets allowed (to be specified at booking): A charge applies for pets over a certain stay length.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash on the property, and up-to-date vaccination records are required.
