Pricing and Terms:

• Rates: Prices are in Euros and apply per accommodation, per stay.
• Deposit: A deposit is required upon arrival and must be paid on-site for each apartment. The deposit will be refunded after the departure inventory is completed.
• Check-in & Check-out:
  • "Rental" Formula (7 nights or more): Check-in from 5 PM, check-out before 10 AM.
  • "Escapade" Formula (1 to 6 nights): Check-in from 4 PM, check-out before 11 AM.
  • If you anticipate arriving late, please notify reception as soon as possible. You will be provided with access codes as the gates will be closed.

Key Collection / Taxes:

• Tourist Tax: A fee per person, per night is payable upon arrival (applicable to guests over 18 years old).
• Eco Tax: A fee per person, per night.

Included in the "Rental" Formula (7 nights or more):

• TV
• Access to the children's playground
• Wi-Fi in the accommodation
• Access to the outdoor heated swimming pool (open from 03/04)
• Private outdoor parking with a barrier (1 space per apartment, pre-booking required)
• Kids' club (for ages 4-11) in July and August during French school holidays
• End-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen and dishwashing)*

*End-of-stay cleaning is included, but the accommodation must be left tidy and clean. If additional cleaning is required beyond what is outlined in the booking conditions, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.

Included in the "Escapade" Formula (1 to 6 nights):

• All services included in the "Rental" formula
• Bed linen
• Bathroom linen

Not Included in Prices:

  • Cleaning kit
  • Laundry facilities
  • Baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath) - pre-booking required; fee applies per day or per stay
  • Bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) - fee per set
  • Bathroom linen (bath towel and hand towel) - fee per set
  • Combined bed and bathroom linen - fee per set *Note: It is not possible to install a cot in the studios for 2 people.

• Pets: Not allowed.

Formalities:

• A valid ID card or passport is required for all guests, including babies (driver's license not accepted).
• Please ensure the safety of your personal belongings and use the safe at reception if available. Our Residence is not responsible for any damage or theft of personal items.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
