Arrival Times: For short stays (up to 6 nights), check-in begins in the afternoon, and check-out is late morning. For longer stays (7 nights or more), check-in starts later in the afternoon, with an earlier check-out time.

Opening Period & Pets: The residence is open from early April through late August. Pets are welcome with prior documentation, except certain dog categories which are not permitted.

Deposit: A security deposit is required upon arrival, secured via bank preauthorization.

Tourist Tax: A local tourist tax applies per person, except for children under 18. This tax is payable on-site.

Parking: Covered parking is available nearby for an additional fee. Spaces are limited, so booking in advance at reception is recommended. There are height restrictions to keep in mind.

Pets: Pets are accepted with proper documentation and are subject to a cleaning protocol to ensure comfort and safety for all guests.
