In the residence

• Loan of equipment and games: Complimentary equipment available from reception includes irons and ironing boards, electrical socket covers, bed guard, stair gate, and raclette or fondue sets. Please note: subject to availability.

• Ski lockers: Each apartment includes one ski locker with a shoe dryer. Note: ski lockers may not be located in the same building as the apartment.

• Luggage store: Secure luggage storage is available at the residence.

• Safe: A safe is available; inquire at reception for details.

• Access to the pistes: Ask the residence for directions to the pistes.

• Kids' area: A children's area is available at the residence reception. Note: parental supervision is required.

• Newspapers: A selection of newspapers is available in the reception area.

In accommodation

• Housekeeping at the end of your stay (excluding kitchenette): Benefit from a housekeeping service at the end of your stay (excluding the kitchenette and dishes).

• Towels: The kit includes bath towels, hand towels per person, a bath mat, and bathrobes for each unit.

• Bed linen: Bed linen provided includes a fitted or flat sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases.

• Beds made on arrival: Start your holiday as soon as you arrive: bed linen is provided, and beds are made up upon arrival in the apartment. Note: this service applies only to bedrooms.

• Baby kit (pre-book free of charge): To ensure a stress-free stay, book your complimentary baby kit when you reserve your accommodation: travel cot with fitted sheet, changing mat, pushchair (for children aged 6 months and older), and high chair (for children aged 6 months and older). Equipment is also available for booking at reception (subject to residence availability). Note: The bed meets NF EN 716 standards for children's folding beds and should not have an additional mattress to prevent suffocation risk; therefore, the mattress is not provided.

• Wi-Fi available in accommodation: Wi-Fi is included for internet browsing, checking emails, and using instant messaging.

• Welcome cleaning kit: The kit includes multi-purpose cleaner, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, a sponge, and a dishcloth. 1 kit per apartment.

• Preferred location: Contact the residence to choose your accommodation's view, orientation, and floor (subject to availability; additional charges may apply). Note: can be booked up to 7 days before arrival.

• Electric car charging points: A universal charging station and a Tesla charging station are available. Cable not included. Note: Charges are included with parking; book at reception.

• Paid parking: Undercover parking is available at the residence. Note: booking required at reception and subject to availability. An electric car charging station is also available.

In accommodation

• Housekeeping during your stay: Housekeeping services are available during your stay (excluding kitchenette and dishes) for an additional charge. Note: Only available for stays of 7 or more nights.

• Pets allowed: Pets are welcome with the animal's passport. Note: Category 1 or 2 dogs are not accepted. Pet-friendly accommodations follow a special cleaning protocol to prevent allergy risks for future guests.

• Early check-in: Arrive early and settle into your accommodation starting at 12 noon! Note: Additional charges apply. Contact the residence for more information, subject to availability.

• Late check-out: Stay longer and enjoy your accommodation until 6 pm! Note: Additional charges apply. Contact the residence for more information, subject to availability.

For leisure

• Various shops: The Forum shopping arcade is located at the foot of the residence, offering numerous shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Additional services and shops are available in the center of Courchevel, just a 5-minute walk away, including a pharmacy, medical center, restaurants, bars, and a bakery.

• Catering service: A catering service is available at the residence. Reserve your meal at reception the day before, and meals will be delivered to your apartment the next day. Note: Closed in summer.

Tourist tax: Payable on site. Free for children under 18.

Deposit: A deposit (bank pre-authorization) will be requested upon arrival.

Additional notes: Only 1 dog is allowed per accommodation, no exceptions. Young groups and parties are not permitted.
