Conditions:

• Pricing: All prices are in euros, per accommodation, and per stay.

• Deposit: A refundable deposit is required per accommodation and will be returned after a property inspection upon departure.

• Tourist Tax: This varies and is calculated based on the stay's cost, duration, and the number of adults and children. Rates are subject to change.

• Eco Participation: An eco fee is charged per person, per day.

• Cleaning: An extra end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. However, the accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition. If additional cleaning is required beyond what is described in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), the cost will be deducted from the deposit.

• Bed linen (with beds made upon arrival)
• Towels
• WiFi access in the apartments
• TV (Canal+)
• Baby kit loan (subject to availability and reservation)
• Baby product kit and bathroom welcome kit upon arrival
• Access to the heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam, and fitness room
• Parking (1 space per apartment)
• End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen & crockery)
• Children's activities for ages 4-11 years (up to 5 half-days per week, subject to availability) during summer school holidays
• Guided hikes (2 half-day hikes per person aged 5 and above, per stay) during summer school holidays

Additional Notes:

• Renewal of bed linen, towels, and cleaning product kits is available upon request at the reception, with prices displayed on-site.
• A second parking space is available upon request and subject to availability.

• Pets: Fee per stay for stays over 7 nights, or fee per day for stays under 7 nights (only one dog allowed, proof of vaccinations required, dogs must be kept on a lead within the residence)

Important Information:

• Formalities: A valid ID card or passport is required for all guests, including babies. A driver's license is not accepted.
• Security: Please safeguard your personal belongings and/or use the safe at reception (if available). The residence is not responsible for any damage or theft of personal items.
• Pets: Only one dog is allowed per accommodation, with no exceptions.
• Restrictions: Young groups and parties are not permitted.
