• A deposit and tourist tax are payable on site.
• The deposit will be processed and released within 48 hours after key return, following a satisfactory check.

Arrival and Departure Times:

• "Rental" Package (7+ nights) & "Getaway" Package (2-6 nights): Arrival from 5:00 PM - Departure before 10:00 AM.
• Late Arrival: Please contact the Residence in advance to arrange check-in procedures.

Included in Your Stay:

"Rental" Formula (7+ nights):

• Outdoor parking (reservation required).
• TV.
• Children's play area.
• WIFI access (one connection per accommodation).
• Access to the outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool (open May to end of September).
• End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area).

*Please note that while end-of-stay cleaning is included, accommodations must be left in a generally clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning required due to the condition of the accommodation upon departure may result in charges deducted from your deposit.

"Getaway" Formula (2-6 nights):

• Bathroom linen.
• TV.
• All free services included in the "Rental" Formula.

• Laundry facilities.
• Cleaning kit.
• Bed linen kit rental (sheets + pillowcases).
• Bathroom linen kit rental (towel + bath towels).

• Electric barbecue rental.
• Pets allowed* (must be specified when booking): Fees apply per animal per stay or per night (depending on length of stay).
