Pricing Information:

• Price in Euros: Charged per accommodation and stay.
• Deposit: To be paid upon arrival at the site. The deposit amount per apartment is specified. This deposit will be refunded after an inventory check on the day of departure or sent by post.

Check-in & Check-out:

• Check-in: Accommodation is available from 5 pm for Saturday arrivals. If arriving late, please inform the residence before 8 pm to receive instructions on the procedure.
• Check-out: For Saturday departures, please check out by 10 am.

Included in Our Prices:

• Television
• Bed linen
• Baby equipment kit
• Activities for children (ages 4-11), 5 half-days per week in July and August
• 2 half-days of activities per stay per guest (ages 5 and up) in July and August
• Wifi in the apartments
• Access to the heated indoor swimming pool (closed for the summer season)
• End-of-stay cleaning included* (excluding kitchen and dishwashing)

*Note: End-of-stay cleaning is included in our rates. However, please note that the accommodation must be left clean and tidy. If additional cleaning is required beyond what is described in our booking conditions, this will be at the client's expense and deducted from the deposit.

• Cleaning kit
• Sauna & Hammam: Fee per session per person or fee for 5 sessions per person
• Pets: Fee per stay per animal (for stays over 7 nights) or fee per day per animal (for stays under 7 nights)
  • Please inform the residence at the time of booking and provide proof of vaccinations. Dogs must always be kept on a lead within the residence grounds.

Formalities:

• ID card or passport is required for all guests (babies included). The driver's license is not valid.
• Please pay attention to your personal belongings and/or use the safe at reception (if applicable) during your stay. Our residence cannot be held responsible for damage or theft of personal belongings.
• Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
