The conditions of sale include:

End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and dishes): Fixed price 70 €
On your departure we will carry out a control of the apartment and, either we will return the deposit paid on entry to the premises, or we will retain the sum corresponding to the missing or damaged elements of the amount of the deposit. If the cleanliness of the apartment is not irreproachable, we will retain the amount of a cleaning fee.
The security deposit will be returned no later than 3 weeks after the inventory of fixtures.
