• A deposit and tourist tax are payable on site.
• Following a cleanliness check of your accommodation, deposits are destroyed within 24 hours.

Arrival and Departure:

• Arrival: Saturday from 5:00 PM onwards. For your convenience, arrival formalities can potentially be completed in the afternoon, with key collection from 5:00 PM.
• Departure: Saturday before 10:00 AM.

• Cleaning kit
• Bed linen (beds made on arrival, except sofa beds in the living room)
• Bathroom linen
• TV
• WIFI access in the apartments
• Access to the heated indoor swimming pool (adult supervision required for children)
• Access to the fitness room
• Bicycle storage
• Children's entertainment (during summer school holidays)
• End-of-stay additional cleaning* (excluding kitchen area, dishes, and toilets)

*Please note that while an additional end-of-stay cleaning is included, all accommodations must be left in a generally tidy and clean condition. Failure to do so may result in extra cleaning charges deducted from your deposit.

  • Requires an up-to-date vaccination record and tattoo (if applicable). Dogs must be kept on a leash within the residence.

Important Notes:

• Formalities: A valid ID card or passport is required for all guests (including babies). Driving licenses are not accepted.
• Please be mindful of your personal belongings and consider using the safe at reception (if available). We are not responsible for damage or theft of personal belongings.
• Adult supervision is mandatory for children in the heated indoor pool.
• End-of-stay cleaning is included in our rates. However, all accommodations must be left tidy and clean. Additional cleaning required beyond our standard service will be charged to the client and deducted from the deposit.
