• Final Cleaning: Guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchenette and disposing of garbage, or an additional fee will apply.
• Tourist Tax: To be paid in cash on-site, in accordance with local regulations. The amount varies depending on the season.
• Deposit: A refundable deposit is required at check-in and will be returned after an inspection at the end of the stay. If departing outside reception hours, the deposit may be refunded by bank transfer (guest covers any fees).

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm, with check-out by 10:00 am. Late arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated in advance to receive a key box code. Failure to notify may result in no reception services and an additional charge.
• Waste Disposal: The property follows a recycling program with designated waste containers.
• Residential Setting: Apartments are located in a residential area, and photos are for reference only.
