The price includes
- One free parking space per apartment.
- Electricity, water, gas consumption.
- Whirlpool in the swimming pool.
- Air conditioning and heating in accordance with the law, only in mobile homes.
- Wi-Fi in common areas.
The price does not include
- Tourist tax to be paid locally if applicable.
- Deposit €100.00 (in cash) for bungalows/mobile homes.
- Final cleaning is the responsibility of the guest or can be paid on site at €60.00.
The kitchenette must always be cleaned by the guest. - Cot available upon request, with payment on site of €15.00 per week, subject to confirmation, within the maximum permitted occupancy. Available in mobile homes and only in type B bungalows.
- Bed linens and towels can be rented on site for a fee of €12.00 and €8.00 per week, respectively, and must be booked before arrival. Kitchen linens are not available.
- Shuttle service to the beach and back, Monday to Friday, in July and August, with payment on site €3.00 per person.
- Laundry €4.00 per token.
- Pets are allowed upon request, with a direct payment of €40.00 per stay. They are not allowed in the pool or common areas, and must be kept on a leash.
- Fitness room , payment on site of €10.00 per week per person.
- Sauna, payment on site of €10.00 per session, for a maximum of two people.
- Turkish bath, payment on site of €10.00 per session, for a maximum of two people.
Useful & General Information
- Check in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (please notify reception in case of late arrival).
- Check out from 7:00 to 10:00.
- Restaurant-pizzeria , open in the months of April and May only from Thursday to Sunday.
- Pool bar open from approximately June to September.
- Four seasonal pools of varying sizes and depths, open at different times and periods (weather permitting): one pool open approximately from June to September (22 m x 10 m). One pool open approximately from May 1 to September 30 (10 m x 5 m). Two pools open approximately from July 15 to August 31 (25 m x 10 m + 10 m x 5 m, 60 cm deep). Closed for lunch from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

- Mini club for children aged 5-16 in the months of July and August.
- Affiliated beach , subject to availability, at special rates for village guests.
- Free safekeeping of valuables at reception is available during opening hours.
- Free Wi-Fi coverage in central areas (bar, restaurant, reception, swimming pool).
- Minimarket open from June to September.
- Tennis court subject to availability free of charge.
- Ping pong, free of charge, subject to availability.
- Free five- a-side football pitch subject to availability.
- Entertainment for children and adults in the evenings only (2 evenings of night swimming, 3 evenings of live music, 3 evenings of baby dance, 1 evening of children's show).
