Your Stay Includes:

• Accommodation: Your chosen apartment type.
• Board Basis: Room-only or half-board.
• Utilities: Energy consumption.
• Linen: Initial supply of bed linen and towels, with a weekly change.
• Cleaning: Final cleaning (kitchenette excluded).
• Comfort: Air conditioning, parking, safe, and satellite TV.
• Connectivity: Wi-Fi available at the residence's bar kiosk, in the reception area of the nearby Corte dei Tusci hotel, and within all apartments.

Additional Services and Fees (Not Included in Price):

• Tourist Tax: Payable on site. (Exempt for children under 16.)
• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required upon arrival, payable by credit card pre-authorization (certain card types not accepted). Alternatively, a bank check can be used for check-in if credit card pre-authorization isn't possible.
• Club Card: Mandatory during peak season (June 1st to September 9th) for guests aged 3 and above.
• Cot and Meals: Available upon request.

Dining Information: Breakfast and dinner are served at the Hotel Palace Corte dei Tusci, located approximately 380 meters from the Residence. While the Residence and Hotel are not internally connected, the Hotel can be easily accessed via an external cycle path or along the beach.
