• Check in  from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (after 8:00 PM, please notify reception).
• Check out  by 10:00.
• The outdoor pool, approximately 18mx8m, with a non-swimmer section (6mx5m and 120 cm deep), is open from approximately May 14 until the end of the season, weather permitting. A SWIM CAP IS MANDATORY.
• Children's pool 4mx4m and 60 cm deep. CAPS MANDATORY.
• Wheelchair accessible pool lift .
• Hydromassage area in the children's pool.
• Children's play area .
• Self-service laundry and ironing room, payment on site.
• Night watchman.
• Bike storage, pressure washer.

Services outside the facility that require payment on site:

• Pietra Ligure Tennis Club approximately 1 km away .
• Garlenda Golf Club approximately 27 km away.

• Electricity, water, gas consumption.
• Heating in accordance with the law.
• Air conditioning.
• Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen changed weekly.
• Parking space in the unattended car park, subject to availability.
• Private beach from 16/05 to 19/06 and from 24/08 to 30/09 approximately, one umbrella and two deck chairs, shuttle for transport at fixed times. 
• Free shuttle service , at scheduled times, twice a day and only from the center/beach to the residence from May to the end of September.
• Ping-pong subject to availability, free of charge.

• Tourist tax to be paid locally, if applicable.
• Final cleaning fee if not performed by the guest: fixed amount per apartment. The kitchenette must always be cleaned by the guest.
• Cot available on request (maximum occupancy) weekly fee, payable locally.
• Garage on request, to be paid locally, daily fee.
• Laundry, payment on site fee per token.
• Beach from June 20th to August 23rd upon request, subject to availability, with reservation and payment on site.
• Extra sunbeds by the pool, weekly or daily fee.
• Pets are allowed upon request, only small pets, and a maximum of one per apartment. A daily fee is charged directly.
