Important information
The reception office is open from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. Please notify us in advance if you expect to arrive outside these hours. Apartment assignments take place on the day of arrival between 17:00 and 20:00. Departure is by 10:00 on the day of leaving. Key collection is at staircase H, block H, Residence Valbella.
