The price includes:

• Bed linen (for a stay of at least one week)

• Kitchen linen (1 tablecloth + 2 tea towels/kitchen towels)

• Towels (1 large towel + 1 small towel + 1 bathmat)

• Gas / Water / Electricity

• Final cleaning (provided you leave the house in a clean state)

• Crib/highchair (upon request)

• Wifi

Not included in the price:

• A refundable security deposit is required per apartment.

• Heating is available upon prior request and is charged by hour.

• A tourist tax applies per person per night for stays between May 1 and September 15, up to a maximum of 30 consecutive nights. Children under 12 years of age, disabled guests, and their accompanying guides are exempt from this tax.

• Pets allowed (on request).
  
  
  The swimming pool is always open.
  
  Mandatory door-to-door waste collection:
  In the event of waste accumulation at check-out, a deduction of €50 will be made from the deposit.
  
  Smoking Policy:
  Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Villa. Should this policy be violated, the deposit will be retained to cover the cost of cleaning the curtains, blankets, bedspreads, and pillow covers.

Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
