• Business Bookings: As of January 1, 2019, bookings for business purposes are not permitted.
• Payment Options: A pin machine is available at reception, and credit card payments are accepted. Please note, that €100, €200, and €500 notes are not accepted at the park.
• Reservation Number: Kindly include your reservation number in all correspondence.
• Security Deposit: The deposit must be paid upon arrival via direct debit only.
• Bed Linen: Renting bed linen is mandatory, and the bed-making service is included.
• Waste Contribution: For stays exceeding one week, a waste contribution of €3 per week (or part thereof) is required locally for the additional period.
• Liability: The park is not responsible for lost belongings, property damage, or personal injuries during your stay.
• Pets: Pets are welcome, but on request because not all accommodations are suitable for pets. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Cats are not allowed in the accommodations.
• Extra Facilities: Some homes of the shown type may include additional amenities. While booking, you can select specific extra facilities. Preferred/essential facility costs are €30, payable once.
• Late Check-Out: A late check-out (until 4 p.m., upon request) costs €50 and must be arranged at reception.
• Bath and Kitchen Linen: Guests can bring their own bath and kitchen linen or rent them at the park (specify your preference during booking).
• WiFi: Complimentary WiFi is available for up to four devices.
• Pricing and Availability: Displayed prices and availability are provided via an automated system and may change between updates. Final confirmation of price and availability will be provided within 48 hours.
• Groups and Parties: Young groups and parties are not allowed.
