* An additional end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. Please note that all accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any failure regarding the cleanliness of the accommodation returned and requiring cleaning intervention other than that described in our General Terms and Conditions will be subject to billing through the deposit.

* With up-to-date vaccination record and tattoo. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the residence grounds.
