Security Deposit
A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded after the inventory check on the day of departure or returned by mail.

Local Taxes

• Tourist tax: payable on arrival (applies to guests aged 18 and over)
• Eco tax: payable on arrival

Arrival and Departure Times

• Weekly Stay (minimum 7 nights): Arrival between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm, departure before 10:00 am
• Short Stay (2 to 6 nights): Arrival from 4:00 pm, departure before 11:00 am

For late arrivals, please notify the residence in advance to receive instructions.

Included Services
For weekly stays:

• Bed linen
• Towels
• Television
• Wi-Fi access
• Outdoor parking
• Access to the unheated outdoor swimming pool (open from April)
• Access to children's playground, pétanque court, ping-pong table, and billiards
• Luggage storage
• End-of-stay cleaning* (excluding kitchenette and dishes)

For short stays:

• Bed linen (beds made upon arrival except for sofa beds in the living room)
• All services included in the weekly stay package

Please note: Accommodation must be returned clean and tidy. Any additional cleaning required beyond standard end-of-stay service may be charged to the security deposit.

Small pets only, with up-to-date vaccination records and identification. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the residence grounds. Only one dog is permitted per accommodation. Young groups and parties are not allowed.
