A deposit is required upon arrival and will be held until the accommodation is inspected after your stay. You will receive confirmation by email once the deposit is released. Please ensure the accommodation is returned in perfect cleanliness; otherwise, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.

Arrival and departure times:

• For weekly rentals: Check-in is between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Saturday, and check-out is before 10 a.m.
• For short stays: Check-in is from 5 p.m., and check-out is before 11 a.m.
• If arriving outside reception hours, please inform the residence in advance for further instructions.

Included in the price:

• Bed linen
• Bathroom towels
• TV
• Wi-Fi in apartments
• Access to the fitness room
• Outdoor parking
• Heated indoor pool
• End-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen area and dishes)

Please note that accommodations must be returned clean and tidy. If extra cleaning beyond what's included is needed, the deposit will be charged accordingly.

Optional services (payable on-site):

• Sauna (by appointment)
• Laundry facilities
• Baby kit rental (crib, high chair, bathtub)
• Pets are allowed (with prior booking, up-to-date vaccination record and tattoo). Dogs must be kept on a leash within the residence.

These services can be arranged upon request at the residence.
