Please note that the residence in Le Grau-du-Roi will be closed from 19 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, and will reopen from 6 February 2026 to 8 March 2026.

• Fitness room: treadmill, weights, bench, rowing machine, elliptical trainer, and guided machine. Free access during reception hours.
• Bicycle storage: one bike rack at the base of each building

• Cleaning kit: sponge, garbage bag, toilet paper, multipurpose cleaner, dishwasher tablets
• Baby bed/chair: available on request, subject to availability and reservation
• Wi-Fi: Complimentary low-speed internet at reception and in the apartments
• Parking: Free outdoor parking (subject to availability)

• Pets: one dog per apartment allowed (categories 1 & 2 not permitted)
• Bed linen and towels: bed linen and towel kits (1 large + 1 small towel per person, 1 bath mat). Beds not made; price per person
• Beds made on arrival: available by reservation at reception
• End-of-stay cleaning: final cleaning (excluding kitchen area). If the apartment is not left clean, a fee will be charged based on apartment size
• Wellness area - sauna: access may incur an extra charge

Mandatory fees (payable on site)

• Security deposit: required for all bookings, payable by credit card only (bank cheques not accepted)

Pool hygiene rules

• Only proper swimwear is permitted (traditional swimming trunks, one-piece, or two-piece swimsuits)
• For hygiene reasons, long wetsuits, swimming shorts, and loose-fitting clothing are not allowed in the pool area
• Only approved swimwear is permitted
