Deposit & Tourist Tax
A deposit is required upon arrival.
Tourist tax: Charged per person per day, free for children under 18. Payable at check-in.

Check-in & Check-out Times

• Stays of 7+ nights: Check-in from 5 p.m. | Check-out before 10 a.m.

• Short stays (2-6 nights): Check-in from 4 p.m. | Check-out before 11 a.m.

• If arriving outside reception hours, please inform the residence in advance for further instructions.

Included Services

For stays of 7+ nights
Includes bed linen, bathroom towels, cleaning kit, TV, WiFi, and a baby kit (upon request). Guests have access to on-site facilities, including a Basque pelota court, petanque court, ping-pong table, children's playground, parking (one space per apartment), tennis court (equipment rental available), and a heated outdoor swimming pool (open May-September). End-of-stay cleaning* is also included (excluding kitchen & dishes).

* Accommodations must be returned clean and tidy. Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning is required beyond standard service.

For short stays (2-6 nights)
Includes all services from the 7+ night stays, with beds made on arrival (except sofa beds).

* Pets must have an up-to-date vaccination record and be tattooed/microchipped. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Only one dog per accommodation is allowed.
