Deposit and Taxes
A security deposit is required on site (credit card imprint only) and will be released after the accommodation is checked and cleaned on the day of departure.
Tourist and eco taxes are collected on arrival.

Arrival and Departure Times
Rental Package (7 nights or more): Arrival from 5 p.m., departure before 10 a.m.
Getaway Package (2 to 6 nights): Arrival from 4 p.m., departure before 11 a.m.
Please inform reception in advance in case of late arrival to receive instructions.

What's Included

Rental Package (7 nights or more):

• TV and WIFI access

• Boules and volleyball court

• Ping pong table

• Children's play area

• Bicycle storage

• Access to the heated outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool (from May to September)

• End-of-stay cleaning included (excluding kitchen)

All accommodations must be returned clean and tidy. Any additional cleaning required beyond the included service may be deducted from the deposit.

Getaway Package (2 to 6 nights):

• Bed linen

• Bathroom linen

• All services included in the Rental Package

Optional Services (payable on site)

• Laundry

• Rental of bed linen kit (sheets + pillowcases)

• Rental of bathroom linen kit (bath towels + hand towels)

• Combined bed and bathroom linen kit

• Maintenance kit

• Hammam sessions

• Spa treatments (massages and/or body treatments, by reservation in July/August)

• Baby kit rental (crib + high chair + bath, reservation required)

• Pets allowed (must be specified at booking, with up-to-date vaccination record and tattoo; dogs must be kept on a leash within the residence grounds)

• ID card or passport required for all guests (including babies); driver's license is not accepted.
