Deposit and Tourist Tax
A deposit is required upon arrival: €500 for standard stays and €150 per night for short stays. The deposit is returned, destroyed, or sent back after an inventory check upon departure.

Arrival and Departure Times

• Rental Package (7+ nights): Arrival from 5 p.m. | Departure before 10 a.m.
• Getaway Package (2 to 6 nights): Arrival from 4 p.m. | Departure before 11 a.m.

Rental Package (7+ nights):

• Cleaning kit
• Bed linen
• Bathroom linen
• TV
• Wi-Fi access in the apartments
• Bowling alley
• Outdoor and covered parking
• Access to the heated outdoor pool (except July/August), with a small pool available from April to October
• End-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area & dishes)

All accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Any additional cleaning required beyond what is stated in the terms and conditions may result in a charge deducted from the deposit.

Getaway Package (2 to 6 nights):

• Cleaning kit
• Bed linen
• Bathroom linen
• TV
• Same free services as the Rental Package

Additional Services (payable on-site)

• Spa Payot Les Canissons (reservation required): sauna, hammam, indoor pool
• Treatment rooms (available by online reservation)
• Bed linen change during stay
• Bathroom linen change during stay
• Buffet breakfast service
• Pets allowed (must be specified when booking, with up-to-date vaccination records; dogs must be kept on a leash)

Important Information

• The spa is not accessible to guests under 16.
• Young groups and parties are not permitted.
