Upon arrival, a security deposit and a local tourist tax are required. The deposit will be returned after an inspection on your departure day, provided the accommodation is left in good order.

Arrival and Departure Times

• Standard Stays (7 nights or more): You can arrive from 5 PM and must depart before 10 AM.
• Short Stays (less than 7 nights): Arrival is from 4 PM, and departure is before 11 AM.

If you expect to arrive late, it's essential to notify the residence before 8 PM on your arrival day so they can provide you with the necessary instructions.

For Standard Stays (The "Rental" Formula):

• Access to a ski room
• Access to the heated indoor swimming pool (available from December to April)
• End-of-stay cleaning (this service excludes the kitchen area and dishes)*

*Please note: While end-of-stay cleaning is included, all accommodations must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any additional cleaning required beyond the scope of the included service may result in a charge against your security deposit.

For Short Stays (The "Getaway" Formula):

• Bed linen
• Bathroom linen
• TV access
• All other complimentary services offered in the "Rental" formula.

  • Pet Policy: Pets must have an up-to-date vaccination record and be tattooed. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the residence. Only one dog is accepted per accommodation, with no exceptions.
