As a guest you can use two outdoor swimming pools with a children's pool, one is open from April to September, heated to mid-June and after mid-September, the other is unheated open in July and August, rental of an electric barbecue, laundry for a fee, free outdoor parking space. You can also use Wi-Fi internet and television for a fee. Bed linen is provided. For an extra fee you can book a towel set, a baby kit with bath, bed and booster seat, final cleaning, barbecue. You must pay a deposit for the apartment and the cleaning and tourist tax upon arrival at the location. The deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure after inventory or by post. The accommodation should leave you spotlessly clean, if not, you will only receive a part of the deposit. Pets are allowed for a fee, provided they have a valid vaccination certificate and tattoo, provided they are kept on a leash in the residence.

Only 1 dog is accepted at this accommodation, with no exceptions.
Conditions:
Price in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Security deposit to be paid on site: €300. Short stay deposit (per night): €150.
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post.

Arrival and departure times :
Rental formula (from 7 nights) : arrival from 5 p.m. - Departure before 10 a.m. (Make an appointment at reception to specify the time of your departure)
Getaway formula (short stay from 2 to 6 nights) : arrival from 4 p.m. - Departure before 11 a.m.
In case of arrival outside reception opening hours, notify the residence before 7 p.m. who will tell you what to do.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

The "Rental" Formula (from 7 nights) :
- Bed linen

- Wi-Fi access in the apartments
- Outdoor parking
- Access to the 2 outdoor swimming pools with paddling pool (1 swimming pool open until mid-September and heated until mid-June and 1 swimming pool open in July/August)
- End-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area & dishes)

"Escapade" formula (short stay of 2 to 6 nights) :
- The bed linen (beds made on arrival except beds in the living room)
- Towels
- TV
- Free rental services

Optional services to be paid on site:
- Laundry (see prices directly on site)
- Baby kit rental (cot + high chair + bath): €9/day - €35/stay (subject to availability and on reservation)
- Linen kit rental Toiletries (towel + bath towels): €10/change/bed
- Pets allowed* (specify when booking): €70/pet/stay (7 nights and more) - €15/night (less than 7 nights )

* With up-to-date vaccination record and tattoo. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the grounds of the residence.

FORMALITIES:
• IDcard or passport required for all guests (babies included). Driver's licence not valid.
• Please pay attention to your personal belongings and/or make use of the safe at reception (if applicable) during your stay. We cannot be held responsible for damage or theft of personal belongings.
