Mandatory to pay on spot:
Electricity fee: according to expenditure: 0,40/KWh and €0.25 per kWh for heating.

Arrival and Departure

• You can arrive between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., or at a time arranged in advance.
• On departure day, please leave the house tidy and swept clean by 10 a.m., or as arranged.
• For weekend bookings, you're welcome to stay in the house until 4 p.m. on Sundays.

Final Cleaning

• Final cleaning is included in your rental price. However, if the house is not left swept clean and tidy, an additional flat rate will be charged.

Pets

• Dogs are allowed upon request, with an extra nightly surcharge per dog.
• Please note that pets are not allowed in Haus Wieselbau.

Booking

• During summer and Christmas holidays, as well as over Carnival and the Crocus Holidays (for Germany and the Netherlands), bookings require a minimum stay of seven nights.
• During other periods, you can book for a minimum of two nights at the weekend rate, or a minimum of four nights for mid-week stays.
• After booking, you'll receive a confirmation and are required to pay a deposit, representing a percentage of the total rent, within a specified number of days. The remaining rent is due upon arrival.
• You can choose from holiday homes accommodating up to 4, 6, or 8 people. Overcrowding is possible, and an additional nightly charge per person will apply.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your booking free of charge within a specific timeframe (exceptions may apply for last-minute bookings).
• Cancellations made up to a certain number of days before arrival will incur a partial cancellation fee based on the rental price.
• Cancellations made closer to the arrival date will result in a larger cancellation fee, representing a significant percentage of the rental price.
• Cancellations made very close to arrival or in case of a no-show will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full rental price.
• We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Information

• All houses have their entrance and an outdoor area such as a terrace, balcony, or forecourt with a sunbathing lawn.
• You'll find a children's playground, a football pitch, and additional sunbathing lawns available for use.
• Garden furniture and a barbecue are located in each house.
• A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
• Television programs are received via satellite TV.
• The houses are equipped with electric heaters.
• Some house types (Beaver Burrow, Fox Burrow, and Badger Burrow) include a safe.
• All beds feature spring mattresses of a standard size, with standard-sized pillows and duvets.
• Please bring your own bed linen and kitchen towels. For an additional fee per person, bed linen sets (including pillowcase, duvet cover, and mattress cover) can also be provided.
• A washer and dryer are available in a common room for a fee.

Special Considerations

• Standard weekend pricing applies from Friday until Sunday evening. If you wish to arrive on a Monday, this can be arranged as an extra service.
• Please note that bookings for young groups or parties are not permitted.
