Family Discount:

• Babies up to 4 years do not pay

• Up to 14 years: -50%

• For stays of less than 5 nights: +20% of the weekly price per day

Supplement:

• Adult: Charged per day for each adult and for each child aged 4-14.

The price does not include:

• Compulsory final cleaning: an amount per apartment (excluding the kitchenette). Kitchenette cleaning: a fixed amount is charged.

• Occasional cleaning can be arranged upon request and is subject to a fee, with a separate option for the cooking area.

• Heating costs: for a daily fee per apartment

• Bed linen and towels: a fee per person (mandatory)

• Pets: for an amount per pet (1 pet allowed)

• Bike rental: amount per day/person, amount/week

• Air conditioning: daily fee or weekly fee is applied, is present only in some apartments.

• Deposit: fixed amount is required, refundable on departure once the integrity of the apartment and its equipment, its cleanliness, and the respect of the apartment's redelivery time have been ascertained.
