Terms & Conditions

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Late arrivals must be communicated in advance. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
• Wi-Fi: Available in all accommodation units and common areas.
• Air condition: Upon arrival, guests will receive a remote control for heating or air conditioning adjustment and a code for Wi-Fi
• Parking: One unattended parking space per unit included. Extra car/motorcycle parking available for a fee.
• Pets: Allowed for €15.00 per day (payable on site). Pets are not allowed in the swimming pools.
• Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per day (from 15 years old), payable on site.
• Deposit: €100.00 per unit/pitch, payable on arrival.
• Crib & high chair: Available upon request at booking (extra charge). Crib: €5.00/day (up to 2 years). High chair: €4.00/day. To be paid at the hotel.
• Included services: Wi-Fi, utilities, heating, air conditioning, final cleaning (excluding kitchenette), first supply of bed and bathroom linen, parking space, and use of swimming pools.
• Kitchenette: Must be cleaned by guests before departure.
• Linen: For apartments: linen change (Euro 10.00 per change for double bed, Euro 8.00 per change for single bed, Euro 8.00 per change for bathroom set)
• Tablecloths: to be brought.
• Swimming pools: Outdoor pool 25x12, depth 120-170 cm and children's pool (not separated) 7x7 depth 80 cm. Pool bar open from Pentecost to mid-September
• Beach: Direct access to the public pebble beach.
• Restaurant & Bar: Restaurant-pizzeria on site.
• Breakfast: Possibility to book breakfast (available from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM)
• Half board: Possibility to book half board (available from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM)
• Bar: Lounge Bar "Nasimi Beach" on site (open from May to September)
• Sports & activities (extra charge): Tennis (600 m), golf (5 km), e-bike rental, ping pong, SUP and stand-up paddle.
• Grills: Small grills are allowed only in designated areas.
• Boat facilities: Buoy and boat trolley available for an extra charge. (Buoy - €30.00 per day, Boat trolley - €7.00 per day)
• Laundry: Laundry service available (€6.50 per wash).
• Electric car charging: Available for €20.00 per charge.
• Payment: Credit card payments accepted from €100.00 (Visa, Carta Si, Mastercard, debit cards).
• E-bike rental: €20.00 half day / €40.00 full day. Regular bicycles are not available.
• Extra car/motorcycle parking: €7.00 per day
