Useful & General Info
• Check-in from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, (In case of delay it is ESSENTIAL to notify the reception).
• Check-out from 08:00 to 10:00.
Services inside the structure:
• Garden
• Elevator only in the main building
• In the months of July and August, entertainment for children.
• Bike rental subject to availability, payment on site.

Services external to the structure:
• Shared, pet-friendly public park with walking paths.
• Municipal beach (payment on site) with SUP and water activities for children.
• Riding stables about 1 km away, payment on site.
• The price includes
• Gas, electricity, water.
• Parking according to availability.
• Wi-fi in common areas.
• Air conditioning, only in the main building.
• Bike rental for the first 2 hours.
• Entrance to the beach , sunbeds on request subject to availability.

The fee does not include
• Deposit , €200.00, to be paid upon arrival (in cash or credit card).
• High chair, €15.00 per stay, up to 2 years.
• Baby cot , on request, up to 2 years, €20.00 per stay, without linen.
• Extra children's camping bed, on request at the time of booking, €85.00 per stay.
• Bath and bed linen (mandatory) , €12.00 per person per change, changed by customers. It is not possible to bring your own linen.
• Animals, on request, €50.00 per stay.
• Final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette), mandatory , €75.00 for the studio apartment - Studio Apartment; €90.00 for Bilocale - one bedroom apartment; €110.00 for Three-room apartment - two bedroom apartment.
• Supplement for stays of 1/2 nights , price per night ALL INCLUSIVE: €35.00 for the studio apartment, €45.00 for the two-room apartment with one bedroom, €55.00 for the two-room apartment with two bedrooms, € 65.00 for the three-room apartment, excluding tourist tax.
