Useful & General Info
• Check-in from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Arrivals after 7 pm are possible following agreements made with the receptionist.
• Check-out from 8.30 to 10.00. Departures after 10:00 are possible by leaving your credit card details at reception.
• Beach with special rates for guests of the facility.

Services that you can find inside the structure:
• Bar, open during the day at the discretion of the reception.
• Two heated outdoor swimming pools, with fresh water, open all season, weather permitting.
• Tennis courts.
• 9-hole mini golf, equipment available at reception with a deposit of €10.00.
• Football pitch for 5-a-side matches.
• Basketball .
• Kitchen linen not available.

The price includes
Prices include:
• Gas, electricity, water
• Air conditioning.
• Heating according to local regulations
• Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Bring the kitchen one.
• Wi-fi in common areas
• Shuttle to and from the beach from the beginning of June to the end of September, to be requested and booked the day before (except •Saturdays and Sundays).
• Free sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool according to availability.
• BBQ area.

The fee does not include
To be paid on-site:
• Deposit: €150.00 (cash only). In case of late check-in or if the reception is closed, a copy of the credit card will be requested as a guarantee. Otherwise, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer, minus the cost.
• Mandatory parking: €15.00 per day, not necessarily near the apartment.
• Cot €3.00 per day not exceeding the maximum number of people allowed.
• High chair, on request, €3.00 per day.
• Self-service laundry service, starting from €15.00.
• Breakfast: €18.00 for adults; €15.00 for children aged 6/12; €10.00 for children aged 3/5 years.
• Pets allowed on request, €15.00 per day per pet, max 3 small, 2 medium, 1 large. Access to the swimming pool and spa is prohibited. • Mandatory vaccination certificate, muzzle, and leash in common areas. It is forbidden to leave the animal in the room alone.

• Tourist tax to be paid on-site if applicable.
• Due to the COVID-19 medical emergency, in response to new possible additional legislative measures, services may be unavailable or subject to restrictions.
