Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 15:00-22:00. Check-out: 08:00 to 10:00. Leaving early means losing rights to the house. Please leave the accommodation tidy (dishwasher empty, fridge empty, windows/doors closed, BBQ and ashtrays emptied, waste in closed bags separated at street side). Extra cleaning may be charged if rules are not followed.

Deposits

The Park may ask for a deposit of up to €250 per person. This may be kept if there is damage, nuisance, or rule violations. If extra costs exceed the deposit, these will be billed afterwards. Refusal to pay may end your stay immediately.

Noise and night rest

Absolute quiet between 22:00-07:00. No loud music, parties, shouting, or outdoor noise. During the day, please avoid nuisance for other guests. Serious disturbance may result in eviction without refund.

Bed linen

Bed linen is standard provided. There is also standard 1 set of towels per person (1 normal, 1 medium and 1 large towel) included. In the kitchen, depending on the booked type, 1 or more sets of kitchen towels are available.

Of course you can order extra, if you think you need more. This can be booked in advance or otherwise on the spot at the reception.

Pets

A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed, based on availability. Not all accommodations allow pets. Pet-friendly accommodations can be booked with preference. Other pets, caged or uncaged are not allowed. More than 2 dogs are not allowed. A maximum of 1 dog per accommodation applies in the hotel rooms, maisonettes, penthouses and apartments. Please note that when traveling with a pet, in addition to the cost per pet per day, there is also a mandatory final cleaning fee for pet pet stay.

BBQ / Fire

Allowed only on your own terrace with safe equipment. Forbidden on apartment balconies. The Park may ban BBQs during dry or windy weather. Open fires are not allowed.

Parking & EV charging

Drive max. 15 km/h. Park only in designated spots. Parking on grass or gardens is not allowed. Villas have EV charging included. Hotel/apartment guests can use public chargers for a fee.

Swimming

Swimming only in designated areas (MRT Beach). From Premium Water homes, swimming at your own risk from garden/jetty. Not in marina/harbors. Pools (inflatable/above-ground) are forbidden.

A swimming pool fee is included with each reservation. Guests who do not wish to use the swimming facilities have the option to request a refund of this fee, provided they notify the park or customer support within one week of making their booking. 

Visitors

All visitors must be registered at reception and follow park rules. Parties and events need written permission.

Wildlife & nature

We would like to kindly ask you not to feed or interact with wild animals and wildlife in general while enjoying our park and the surrounding area. Some plants/berries may be poisonous - avoid touching or eating them.

Drones

Not allowed without written permission. Violations can lead to fines or eviction.

Payments

At reception and supermarket: only debit/credit card. Restaurant accepts cash.

Entertainment

Children's entertainment during weekends, Dutch holidays, and school vacations (NL/DE/BE).

Other rules and information

Phase 1, 2 and 3 for the villas and apartments are ready. The villas of phase 4 are under construction.

No fireworks anywhere in the Park. Young groups and parties are not allowed.

Business stays max. 14 nights (1 person per bedroom, weekly cleaning required).

Continuous recreational stay max. 28 nights with weekly cleaning. Minimum age: 21 (group houses: main booker 25, others 21).

A continuous recreational stay of up to a maximum of 28 nights is possible, with an obligatory weekly in-between cleaning, which will be calculated after making the booking.

The park reserves the right to charge an (extra) deposit up to € 250.00 per person. All damage to the house or caused by nuisance may be deducted from the deposit. If you refuse to pay this deposit, your rights to stay will expire without a refund on your already paid money.

For the group accommodations (8 - 12 - 16 - 20 persons) minimum age of the main booker is 25 years. The rest of the group needs to be at least 21 years old.

For normal bookings minimum age is 21. Families with children are allowed. An additional deposit may be charged based on group composition.

Business reservations are allowed for a maximum period of 14 consecutive nights, with a mandatory weekly in-between cleaning, which will be charged after making the booking. There is a maximum of 1 person per bedroom.

Our baby beds have a thicker mattress without bed linen.

Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.

The park regulations of Parc Maasresidence Thorn apply to every reservation.
