*Pets are welcome. Subject to presentation of a pet passport and an anti-rabic certificate. Only 1 pet allowed per apartment (max. 25 kg). Category 1 or 2 dogs not allowed. They cannot enter restaurants and eating areas, swimming pools either (only service dogs, guide dogs for example) and must always be kept on a leash. They may not run loose.

Security deposit
A security deposit of €200 will be requested upon arrival (bank pre-authorization).

Tourist taxes
Tourist tax is currently being established by the Spanish authorities (rates and terms of application not known at this time)

Short stay (1 to 6 nights):
Arrival 14:00 p.m.
Departure 12:00 p.m.

Weekly stay (7 nights and more):
Arrival 17:00 p.m.
Departure 10:00 a.m.

Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
