Tourist Tax
A daily tourist tax applies for all guests aged 6 and above. Children under 6 are exempt. This fee is payable on-site in Swiss francs.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required upon arrival (via pre-authorization). It can be paid in Swiss francs (cash not accepted in euros) or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard only). If paid by card, the amount will be held-not charged-and released after check-out.

Parking
Both indoor and outdoor parking options are available at the residence for an additional fee. Spaces are limited and subject to availability.

Pets Welcome
Pets are allowed upon presentation of a valid pet passport. A cleaning protocol is applied to pet-friendly accommodations to ensure allergy safety for future guests.
