Included in the booking:

• Housekeeping: A housekeeping service is provided at the end of your stay (excluding the kitchenette and dishes).

• Towels: Each person is provided with 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 bath mat per accommodation unit.

• Bed Linen: Bed linen includes a fitted or flat sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases.

• Air Conditioning: Your accommodation is air-conditioned for added comfort.

• Wi-Fi: Enjoy browsing with our high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

Options for your stay, to be paid on site:

• Paid Parking: Covered parking with 18 spaces at the residence (subject to availability and fees).

• Pets: Pets are welcome with a pet passport. Only one pet per room (up to 25 kg). Category 1 or 2 dogs are not accepted, and pets are not allowed in restaurants or pools (guide dogs only). Pets must always be kept on a lead. Pet-friendly accommodation follows a special cleaning protocol to prevent allergies for future guests.

• Baby Kit: Book a baby kit which includes a travel cot with fitted sheet, changing mat, pushchair (6 months+), and high chair (6 months+).

• Cleaning Kit: A cleaning kit, including multi-purpose cleaner, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponge, and dishcloth, is available for purchase at reception.

• Early Check-in: Early check-in from 12 noon to enjoy a longer stay (subject to availability and additional fees).

• Late Check-out: Extend your stay until 6 pm (subject to availability and additional fees).

• Extra Bed Linen: Additional bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcase) is available for an extra charge.

• Extra Towels: Additional towels (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person) are available for an extra charge.

• Pool/Snooker: Pool and snooker tables are available at the residence (additional charge applies).

Mandatory Fees:

• Deposit: A deposit is required and must be paid on site.
