Camping Sandaya La Nublière

Camping by the famous Lake Annecy Camping Sandaya La Nublière is situated on the shores of the famous Lake Annecy at the foot of the French Alps. A fantastic area for a camping holiday, with mountains, water and a wonderfully mild climate. You can walk straight to the beach from the level grounds of Sandaya La Nublière campsite, unless you prefer to take your towel and lie on one of the lawns by the water. Either way you will have wonderful views of the lake and the enormous mountain peaks surrounding it.   Water playground and wellness The water playground for children at Camping Sandaya La Nublière is a real eye-catcher as is the spa area for adults where you can enjoy a wonderful relaxing sauna, steam bath, hot tub or swimming pool. Visitors can swim in the indoor pool when they have paid access to the wellness area.   Multifunctional sports field and much more Camping Sandaya La Nublière has three well-maintained toilet blocks and a new multifunctional sports field where you can play football, volleyball, basketball, hockey and more. There is also a new bouncy air cushion. There are also various outdoor fitness machines, allowing you to fully enjoy the fresh air while exercising.   Water sports and other outdoor activities You can rent surfboards or sailing boats or go water skiing in the little harbour close by. If that's not exciting enough there is also rafting and parasailing close to Camping Sandaya La Nublière. Many flights are made by delta wing and parachute from the slopes on this side of the lake.   Annecy, gem in the French mountains You must not miss Annecy; a beautiful historic centre with small bridges, flowers on every balcony, quaint shops and excellent restaurants. It's more peaceful in the mountains a bit further away from the lake; wonderful walks, rock climbing or mountain biking! Doussard is located on the south side of Lake Annecy, so the highest peaks in the Alps such as Mont Blanc are only a short distance away in the direction of Ugine, Megève and Bourg Saint Maurice.
