Deposit and Tourist Tax: Payable upon arrival. The deposit is released after the accommodation has been checked.

Arrival and Departure Times:

• Rental Package (7+ nights): Arrival from 5 PM - Departure before 10 AM.
• Getaway Package (2-6 nights):Arrival from 4 PM - Departure before 11 AM.
  • For arrivals outside of reception hours, please notify the residence before 7 PM for instructions.

  • Outdoor swimming pool with slide and paddling pool (open early April to mid-September, heated until mid-June)

  • Children's entertainment for 6-11 year olds during summer school holidays (5 half-days/week, registration required)
  • Teen entertainment for 12-15 year olds during summer school holidays
  • Daytime and evening entertainment during summer school holidays

Important Notes:

• Swimming shorts are not permitted in the swimming pools.
• While an end-of-stay cleaning is included for longer stays, all accommodations must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning required due to the state of the accommodation will be charged against the deposit.

Important Information:

• Formalities: A valid ID card or passport is required for all guests (including babies). Driving licenses are not accepted.
• Please be responsible for your personal belongings. Safes may be available at reception (if applicable). We are not liable for damage or theft of personal belongings.
