Security Deposit
A security deposit is required upon arrival. It will be refunded after the inventory check on the day of departure or returned by mail within eight days.

Local Taxes
Tourist tax and eco-participation are payable on site.

Included in Your Stay
Rental Package (minimum 7 nights):

• End-of-stay cleaning** (excluding kitchenette, bathroom, and dishes)

Please contact the residence directly regarding bed linen for spa guest bookings.
End-of-stay cleaning is included, but accommodations must be returned clean and tidy. Any additional cleaning required beyond what is stated in the Terms and Conditions may be deducted from the security deposit.

Getaway Package (short stay of 2 to 6 nights):

• Bed linen (beds made upon arrival except sofa beds)
• Towels
• TV
• All free services included in the Rental Package

Optional Services Available On Site:

• Towel kit rental
• Laundry facilities
• Hammam or sauna (access reserved for guests over 16)
• Baby kit rental (cot, high chair, baby bath)

• Pets allowed* (must be specified when booking)

Pets must have up-to-date vaccination records and identification. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the residence grounds. Only one dog is permitted per accommodation.

Important: Youth groups and parties are not allowed.
