What's Included in Your Booking

At the Residence

• Equipment and Games Lending Service: Loan of items such as irons, hairdryers, plug socket covers, bed gates, and stair gates (subject to availability).
• Children's Area: A dedicated play area near the residence reception. Note: Parental supervision required.

In Your Accommodation

• End-of-Stay Housekeeping: Includes general cleaning, excluding the kitchenette and dishes.
• Towels Provided: Includes one bath towel and one hand towel per person, plus a bath mat per unit.
• Bed Linen Provided: Includes fitted or flat sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases.
• Wi-Fi Access: Basic internet access for browsing, emails, and messaging.
• Welcome Cleaning Kit: Includes one multi-purpose cleaner (50 ml), one washing-up liquid (50 ml), five dishwasher tablets, one sponge, and one dishcloth (1 kit per apartment).

• Pets Welcome: Accommodations available for pets (additional charges apply). Requires pet passport. Note: Certain breeds (categories 1 and 2) are not accepted. Pet-friendly units follow a specific cleaning protocol. One pet maximum per accommodation.
• Baby Kit: Includes a travel cot with fitted sheet, changing mat, pushchair (6+ months), and high chair (6+ months). Available for €40/week or €30 for short stays (1-6 nights). Additional items (e.g., baby food processor, lounger, night light) can be rented at reception, subject to availability.
• Early Check-In: Access your accommodation from 12 PM for an additional fee. Contact the residence for availability.
• Late Check-Out: Extend your stay and use the accommodation until 6 PM for an additional fee. Contact the residence for availability.

Leisure

• Beach Access: Enjoy a beach with sun loungers and other equipment during the high season, located at the foot of the residence.

Additional Information

Tourist Tax: Up to €6.19 per person per day (free for under-18s). Payable on-site.
Security Deposit: €200 deposit required on arrival (bank pre-authorization).
