Deposit and Tourist Tax: These are mandatory and must be paid on site. The deposit will be refunded after the accommodation has been inspected (confirmation via email or text message).

Arrival and Departure Times:

• Rental Package (7+ nights): Arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.; Departure before 10 a.m.
• Getaway Package (2-6 nights): Arrival from 4 p.m.; Departure before 11 a.m.

If you expect to arrive late, please notify the residence in advance for further instructions.

Included in the Price

Rental Formula (7+ nights):

• Bed linen
• TV
• WiFi access in the apartments
• Children's play area
• Ping-pong table
• Heated outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool (open from May to September)
• Outdoor parking (1 space per accommodation)
• Children's entertainment for ages 4-11 during summer school holidays (5 half-days per week)
• Teen entertainment (afternoons only) during summer school holidays
• Extra cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen area and dishes)

Note: All accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any additional cleaning required beyond what is described in our T&Cs will be deducted from the deposit.

Getaway Package (2-6 nights):

• Bed linen (beds made on arrival except for beds in the living room)
• Bathroom linen
• TV
• Free services included in the Rental Package

Optional Services (to be paid on site)

• Laundry
• Baby kit rental (bed, high chair, bath)
• Bathroom linen kit rental (terry towel, bath sheets)
• Pets allowed (with up-to-date vaccination record and tattoo; dogs must be kept on a leash within the residence)
