A deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded after an inventory check upon departure or sent by mail.

Arrival and Departure Times:

• Check-in: Between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., or by prior arrangement by phone.
• Key Handover: Contact the designated person by phone no later than the day before arrival.
• Check-out: Before 10 a.m.

Included in the Price:

• Bed linen (beds prepared upon arrival)
• Bathroom and kitchen towels
• Television
• Wi-Fi access
• Baby kit (high chair and/or crib - available on request, subject to availability)
• Cleaning supplies
• Access to covered parking
• Use of the shared heated outdoor pool (open mid-May to the end of September, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.)*
• End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and dishes)**

*Note: At the start and end of the season, the pool temperature may vary and cannot be guaranteed suitable for swimming.
**Note: Accommodation must be returned clean and tidy. Any additional cleaning required beyond the agreed terms will result in charges deducted from the deposit.

• Pets Allowed(must be arranged at the time of booking):
  • Long stays (7 nights or more): Additional fee per pet per stay.
  • Short stays (less than 7 nights): Nightly fee applies.
  • Conditions: Pets must have up-to-date vaccinations and identification (tattoo or microchip). Dogs must be leashed on the premises.
