Deposit: Payable on site. The deposit is released 24 to 48 hours after departure, following an inventory check.

Arrival and Departure:

• Rental package (1 week or more): Arrival from 5 PM, departure before 10 AM.
• Getaway package (short stay): Arrival from 4 PM, departure before 11 AM.
• Late arrival: Prior notification to the residence is required for check-in instructions.

Included in the Rental Price:

  • Mini-golf (9 holes).

  • End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and dishes).
  • Note: Accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning fees will be charged via the deposit for non-compliance.
