Opening Hours and Conditions

Conditions:

Prices are in euros, per apartment, for your stay. A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be returned within 24 hours after checking the accommodation, provided it is left in a perfectly clean condition.

Departure and Arrival Times:

• Rental Package (7+ nights): Arrival from 5 PM, Departure before 10 AM.
• Getaway Formula (2-6 nights): Arrival from 4 PM, Departure before 11 AM.

For late arrivals, please contact the residence for check-in instructions.

The Price Includes:

• Cleaning kit, bed linen (made on arrival, except living room sofa beds), and towels.
• TV and WIFI access.
• Access to the seasonal small heated outdoor swimming pool.
• Final cleaning (excluding kitchen and dishes) for Rental Package stays. Note: accommodations must be left tidy; extra cleaning will incur charges deducted from the deposit.
• Free services of the Rental Package are included in the Getaway Formula.

Optional Services (Payable on Site):

• Laundry facilities (rates on-site).
• Baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath) is available to rent. You need to book it in advance, and there's a charge per day or per stay.
• Covered parking (reservation required).
• Pets allowed (specify at booking; charges apply). Pets require up-to-date vaccination records and tattoos; dogs must be leashed on the property.

Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
