Deposit: Payable on-site upon arrival. Refundable after a property inspection on departure or sent by post.

Check-in & Check-out:

• Rental Formula (7+ nights): Check-in from 5 pm to 7 pm (8 pm in July & August); Check-out before 10 am.
• Escapade Formula (2-6 nights): Check-in from 4 pm; Check-out before 11 am.
• For late arrivals, contact reception for procedures.

Issues During Stay:

• Contact reception for on-site issues.
• If unresolved, call the reservation center (Monday to Saturday).

Taxes:

• Tourist tax: Payable on arrival, per day, per person (for guests over 18).
• Eco tax: Payable on arrival, per person.

Reception Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 9:30 am-12 noon, 4:30 pm-7 pm.
• Saturday: 8 am-11:30 am, 3 pm-7 pm (8 pm in July/August).
• Sunday and French Bank Holidays: 10 am-12 noon, closed in the afternoon.
• Wednesday: Closed (open 10 am-12 noon in July/August).

Included in Price:

• Rental Formula: Cleaning kit, TV, access to heated communal pool (mid-April to end-September), bed linen, bathroom linen, electric BBQ (for villas with 8/10 people), WiFi, baby equipment (villas only, pre-booking required), end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen and washing up).
• Escapade Formula: Same as Rental Formula, but includes only bed linen and bathroom linen.

Not Included (Additional Fees):

• Baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath) - pre-booking required.
• Bath mat.
• Bike rental.
• Electric BBQ rental (for non-villas).
• Pets: Weekly fee or daily fee (for stays under 7 nights). Proof of vaccinations is required, and pets must be leashed on the property.

Formalities:

• A valid ID or passport is required for all guests (including babies); a driver's license is not accepted.
• Secure personal belongings and use the reception safe if available. The residence is not responsible for personal items lost or stolen.
