For a stress-free stay, book a complimentary Aubert baby kit with your accommodation: travel cot with sheet, changing mat, pushchair (for 6+ months), and high chair (for 6+ months). Equipment can also be booked at reception.

Welcome Cleaning Kit
Includes: 1 bottle of multi-purpose cleaner (50 ml), 1 bottle of dish soap (50 ml), 5 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, and 1 dishcloth (1 kit per apartment).

Take a dip in the heated outdoor pool, centrally located with panoramic mountain views. Open year-round. Dimensions: 100 m² (depth from 1.10 m to 1.50 m). Poolside terrace with loungers and parasols (subject to availability). Unsupervised.

Sauna
Enjoy a relaxing sauna session; dry heat enhances well-being. Note: For guests aged 16+ only. Not recommended for pregnant women or those with heart conditions.

Hot Tubs
Indoor panoramic hot tubs. Restricted to guests aged 16+.

Hammam
Relax in a 50°C steam bath and experience soothing heat. Note: For guests aged 16+ only. Not recommended for pregnant women or those with heart conditions.

A cardio fitness studio is available for guests aged 16 and above.

L'Eterlou restaurant, located on the ground floor of the residence, is open daily from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm, serving Savoyard specialties and traditional French cuisine. Note: La Table d'Hélios restaurant is open only in winter.

Meal Delivery to Your Residence
Enjoy delicious, homemade meals made with fresh, seasonal French ingredients delivered to your accommodation for easy reheating. Collect your meals on arrival and savor them throughout your stay.

Breakfast Delivery
Order customizable, balanced, and gourmet breakfasts from Famileat, made with local French ingredients. Collect your breakfast at the residence on arrival day.

Bread and Pastry Delivery
Order fresh bread and pastries the night before (before 6:00 pm) via the welcome booklet to have them ready at reception in the morning.

Tourist Tax
Amount per person per day. Free for children under 18. Payable on-site.

Deposit
A deposit (bank pre-authorization) will be requested on arrival.
