Upon arrival, a security deposit will be required. This deposit is returned after your departure, assuming the accommodation is left in good order. Additionally, a tourist tax will be payable at check-in.

Arrival and Departure Times

• For Stays of 7 Nights or More: You can arrive from 5 PM and must depart by 10 AM.
• For Short Stays (2 to 6 nights): Arrival is from 4 PM, and departure is by 11 AM.

Should you anticipate a late arrival, please notify the reception team in advance so they can provide further instructions.

What's Included in Your Stay

For Stays of 7 Nights or More (The "Rental" Formula):

• Bed linen
• TV access
• WIFI access
• Outdoor parking (one space per cottage)
• Access to the heated indoor swimming pool with solarium
• End-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes)*

*A note on cleaning: While an end-of-stay cleaning is included, all accommodations must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any additional cleaning required beyond the scope of the included service may result in a charge against your security deposit.

For Short Stays (2 to 6 nights - The "Getaway" Formula):

• Bed linen
• Bathroom linen
• All other complimentary services included in the "Rental" formula.

Optional Services (Available at an Extra Cost)

Enhance your stay with these optional services, payable on site:

• Laundry facilities
• Bathroom linen kit rental (includes a terry towel and bath towels, charged per change per bed).
• Baby kit rental (includes a bed, high chair, and bath, available for daily or full-stay rental).
• Breakfast service (basket formula, available upon reservation no later than the day before).
• Pets allowed* (please specify when booking, charged per animal per stay or per night for shorter stays).
  • Pet Policy: Pets must have an up-to-date vaccination record and be tattooed. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the residence. Please note that only one dog is permitted per accommodation, with no exceptions.
