Deposit
A security deposit is required on arrival (credit card imprint only). It will be released after the final cleaning on the day of departure.

Tourist & Eco Taxes
Tourist tax and eco tax must be paid on site (applies to all guests over 18 years old).

Arrival and Departure Times

• Rental package (7 nights or more): arrival from 5:00 p.m. / departure before 10:00 a.m.

• Getaway package (short stays of 2 to 6 nights): arrival from 5:00 p.m. / departure before 11:00 a.m.
  If you are arriving outside reception opening hours, please inform the residence in advance. Instructions will then be provided.

Included in the Rental Package (7 nights or more):

• TV

• Wi-Fi access

• Bike rack

• Children's play area

• Heated outdoor swimming pool (from early May)

• Children's entertainment (ages 4-11) during summer school holidays

• Teen activities (ages 12-15) during summer school holidays

• End-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area)
  Important: Accommodation must be left clean and tidy. If additional cleaning is required beyond what is included in the end-of-stay service, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.

Included in the Getaway Package (short stays of 2 to 6 nights):

• Bed linen

• Bathroom linen

• TV

• Access to all services included in the Rental Package

Optional Services (to be booked and paid on site):

• Bed linen rental

• Bathroom linen rental

• Combined bed & bath linen rental

• Baby kit (bed, high chair, bath) - to be reserved in advance

• Breakfast service (must be ordered the day before)

• Laundry facilities (rates available on site)

• Pets allowed* (must be declared when booking)
  Pets must have an up-to-date vaccination record and identification. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the residence. Please note: only one dog is accepted per accommodation.
