Please note that at all of our destinations, swimming pools will not be heated due to increased energy costs.

Minors are only permitted when accompanied by their legal representative.

The names of all participants in the stay must be provided in advance (guests may be refused entry if the names do not match the booking). A deposit in cash or via a pre-authorized credit card in the name of the main booker is required upon arrival. Bookings must be made by adults only; minors unaccompanied by their parents are not allowed. Renter's liability insurance may be requested at check-in. Bookings for more than two rentals traveling together require prior approval. Check-ins are only allowed during reception hours.

Additional Information:

• Multilingual reception available.
• Free Wi-Fi is provided around the reception area only.
• Parking: One space per rental is included, with digicode access at the residence entrance.
• Pillows and blankets are provided.
• Bed linen and towels are available for rental (details provided on-site).
• The maximum number of guests per accommodation type, including babies, must not be exceeded.

• Express breakfast on the terrace by the pool or delivered to your accommodation.
• Bread and pastries delivered to your rental.

Early Arrival Option:

Guests can arrange an early arrival in the morning (between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.) with prior reservation.

• Bed linen kits, including sheets and pillowcases.
• Baby equipment rentals such as baby beds, chairs, or baths.
• Final cleaning services.
• "Hotel Comfort" package: Beds made, towels provided, and cleaning (excluding the kitchen area).

Seasonal Information:

• High Season: During specific dates, arrivals and departures are only allowed on Saturdays with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
• Other Periods: Minimum stay of 3 nights with daily arrivals permitted.
• Swimming pool is open seasonally from April to October.
