During your stay in the Nakara residence, you can park your car in the free outdoor parking space. In the recreation area you can enjoy the outdoor pool with a children's pool for the younger guests. Well-being enthusiasts can visit the designated area (at an additional cost), including a gym, sauna and hammam.

Conditions :
Price in euros, per accommodation and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on site: €500
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post.

Arrival and departure times :
Rental formula (from 7 nights) : arrival from 5 p.m. - Departure before 10 a.m.
Escapade formula (short stay from 1 to 6 nights) : arrival from 4 p.m. - Departure before 11
a.m. late arrival, it is imperative to inform the reception of the residence before 7 p.m. who will tell you the procedure to follow.
Only 1 dog is accepted at this accommodation, with no exceptions.

The "Rental" formula (from 7 nights) :

- WIFI access in the apartments

- Access to the outdoor swimming pool (from April)
- Activities for children 4-11 years old during the school holidays of the summer period
- Extra cleaning* at the end of the stay (except kitchen area & dishes)

* Extra end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. Please note that all accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any breach in the cleanliness of the accommodation returned and requiring a cleaning intervention other than that described in our GCS will be subject to invoicing through the deposit.

The "Escapade" formula (short stay of 1 to 6 nights) :
- Bed linen (beds made on arrival except beds in the living room)
- Bathroom linen
- TV
- End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette and crockery)
- The free services of the rental formula

Optional services to be paid on site:
- Laundry (see prices directly on site)
- Sauna/hammam (access to facilities): €9/person/session - €40 (5-access package)
- Baby kit rental (cot + high chair + bathtub): €9/day - €35/stay
- Breakfast service: €14.5/person
- Pets allowed* (specify when booking): €70/pet/stay (7 nights and over) - €15/night (less than 7 nights)

* With up-to-date vaccination record and tattoo. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the grounds of the residence.
NOTE: Only 1 dog accepted at this accommodation, no exceptions.
